White Villa

White Villa is a large contemporary property, of striking modern style, within a 4,000 sq. metre estate in the south of Skiathos. With two main sections, separated by the pool area, it comfortably accommodates 14 people making it ideal for large groups and family get togethers. It’s ideally located benefiting from the sandy beach, and near a number of other beaches including Achladies, Tzaneria and Kanapitsa.

The main house has a capacious, white open-plan space combining fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting room. There’s a media wall, with inset fireplace, and glass doors onto the terrace with panoramic views. The bedrooms are split across the main and garden houses, providing guests with plenty of privacy. Two of those in the garden house are independent suites with sitting room, fully equipped kitchen and furnished terrace.

The landscaped gardens are multi-layered, with paths and steps connecting different seating areas and leading down to the sea. On one large terrace is a beautiful infinity pool, with sea views. There’s a variety of comfortable seating with drinks tables, and a dining table for 12. A few steps lead down to a lower terrace with built in lounging seating; the perfect spot to relax in company, take in the views, enjoy the sunsets or gaze at the stars.
